Submission of Abstracts

The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the program.

The Scientific Committee of the 6th World Congress welcomes the submission of abstracts for free oral presentation and poster presentation.

Please note below the important deadline dates.

Authors Notified of Acceptance	1 November 2010
Author Registration & Early Bird Deadline	10 December 2010

Summary of Abstract Submission Instructions

Please read through the submission instructions listed below before preparing your abstract:

Step 1: Read the General Policies and Requirements for the submission of abstracts.
Step 2: Write your abstract following the Abstract, Content, Format & Layout Guidelines.
Step 3: Download the Abstract Template and insert/add your abstract text. Save as a .doc document to your computer.
Please note: Abstracts must not exceed 250 word limit
Step 4: Click on the button below to complete the Abstract Submission Form. It will be necessary to attach/upload the .doc copy of your abstract.

Notification of Acceptance

All abstracts will be peer reviewed. Abstracts submitted for the program will be blind reviewed (reviewers will be blind to the author details and institution(s) of origin).  Notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the presenting author at the beginning of November 2010. Scientific Papers submitted for oral presentations that cannot be accommodated within the congress program will be considered and reviewed for a place in the Scientific Poster Exhibits.

Accepted abstracts will be published in a special supplement of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. The Congress Managers will not be held responsible for abstract submissions not received via the website or for submission errors caused by Internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or unforeseen events.
